Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Employer Breach of Contract
I took on a sales Job about 1yr-ago. The Employee Commission Break down
stated that funds raised would be traded between 16-40 times per month. I
raised a little over 100k and the funds have only been traded 1-3 times per
month. I do not think I can keep working for so little and when I leave they will
give my clients to another broker.
Employer tells me to keep raising more money and 1-3 trades won't be such a
small pay check. But at the same time they will not order new leads until we
bring in more money. Also, I was told that I would receive health benefits at 6
months. Now, they say when we reach 500k we will be considered for benefits.
What Can I do?

Re: Employer Breach of Contract
I need more facts before I respond in detail. However, I suggest that you contact a lawyer to discuss what was contemplated by this arrangement whereby money would be "traded" so often every month.
