Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Employer
i posted something on a blog that my employer did not like in interviewing me about this they brought up something for another website that had nothing to do with the other issue is this legal

YES! any time you write anything on thei nternet it becomes public domain, and public information... many people damage themselves greatly by putting stuff out omto the internet that later comes back to haunt them.
lesson: be VERY careful what you put out on the internet! you never know who will see it.
