Legal Question in Business Law in New York

extented warrity

when purchasing a new car I bought the extended service warrity throught the car dealer. Some how the dealer never submitted the necessary paper to the company. $2000.00 was added to the cost of the car which has been paid off with interest over the cost of 3 years. When I went to purchase my new car the dealer discovered that the extented warrity was never submitted. I have all the documentation supporting the purchase of this extended warrenty. I did present this to the car dealer and they were looking for the paper work which they can not find. How whould I go about getting my money back.

Re: extented warrity

Since the dealer and the company are going to blame each other you need to sue both of them and let them sort it out.
