Fax services

If a person sends information to an attorney through a fax service and an employee of the fax service makes copies without consent and provides those copies to a person involved in the legal matter, is that legal? What if the employee were related to the person he or she provided information to?

I do not know of any privilege that runs between a fax service and its clients. Did you have a contract that promised you privacy? It is the same as giving pictures to a developer. You do not have a right to privacy in those pictures unless you contracted for it.
