Is a faxed signed agreement as good as the original?

Almost if the issue is simply that an agreement was reached and no one is denying having signed or challenging the accuracy of the fax copy because copies are so precise these days. But if a question comes up about forgery or something else that an original would help on, then you might have an issue.
