Filmmaker Liability

im a amateur film maker i want to film a short film im told i would need liability insurance and business name for this to film on public property with only myself and 2 other people present and no equipment i wanted to find out what i as a unemployed guy who wants to film some short films for show on his website which will eventually become a business also to film on public property say a park or public restroom with no other people around and no type of mess what am i liable for??
