Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I need to find the legal solution to offer a "peer to peer" platform, where consumers can offer their not used pharmaceutical products to resell them (and send them direct by courier/post) to other customers, who are willing to buy them for e.g. 50% reduced price. Areas for which I like to offer this platform is e.g. for travel related medicine (e.g. malaria protection) or for medicine left to relatives after somebody passed away. Whereever necessary, I want to combine this with a consultation by an i-doctor (internet doctor).

It sounds like you have a bit going on there and should be consulting several lawyers to find the best fit to work with.
If you would like to discuss further over a free phone consult, feel free to contact me anytime that is convenient.
Our firm is now referred by the American Bar Association (see under the New York section):

If I were you I would leave it alone. You are buying yourself considerable liability and possibility criminal prosecution considering your exposure.
