Finding resources for overseas venture
How can my U.S. corporation find financing and resources for overseas ventures such as development of real estate. Do anyone know of any bank or other lenders here in the United States that can assist me?

This is not a legal question. This is a business question. You need to consult with a knowledgeable professional, lawyer, banker, etc. Among the issues to be addressed are how much money are you looking for; in what country are you thinking of investing; what is your role to be in this venture, etc., etc. These are complicated matters and cannot be answered in this format.
