Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Forming an LLC
I am located in New York City and forming an LLC for a web/graphic design company that does business nationwide. Based on my research, Nevada and Delaware are the best states to incorporate. However, I've also read where foreign LLCs are not as advantageous for small businesses in the long term. What would be the most advantageous route to forming an LLC?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Re: Forming an LLC
Even if you form a foreign LLC, you will still have to file in New York since you are operating in NYC.
In my opinion, for a small "mom-pop" business, I do not think there are any advantages to organize in a foreign state.
