We can assist you, but doesn't the company have its own contract?
Most companies do have their own.

Re: franchise law
This is an expensive undertaking. Each state's laws are different. You will need to prepare a UFOC and a franchise agreement. We can help, but be prepared to spend many thousands of dollars. Most other law firms charge much more, even hundreds of thousands.
Re: franchise law
Franchise agreements dont come off the shelf. Each state has different rules and regs in regards to its franchise laws, and many still use the UFOC.
This is an expensive and time consuming request. My office is capable of assisting you. But be prepared for the costs associated with preparing and completing the docs.
