When generating a Subpoena Duces Tecum and Ad Testification Pursuant to CPLR � 2301 and CPLR � 3101 (a)(4) are you entitled to request �All� documents associated with the matter with no specified time period (open-ended time period) or a specific range of time must be specified on the subpoena?

Depending on your pleadings in the underlying matter, you may not go on a "fishing expedition" and reasonable time period should be specified, normally between 2-5 years.
