Legal Question in Business Law in New York
i was granted a forbearance for school loans from citibank jan thru july. They say they stopped them in april and are sending me to credit as unpaid for may and june . Is this legal

Any attorney will say a review of all facts, documents, etc. is required. After that, a personal consultation is needed. From what you say, it appears Citibank breached its forbearance agreement. This is not a simple bulletin board type question. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
