guarantee fee payment for broker / intermediator

Hello,

I am from the broker side.

How can guarantee my fee payment by seller & buyer if i was the broker that connect between them & they did business together ? i know of MFPA Agreement... can i count of that ? any other way ?

You should make sure that your contract is carefully drafted, reviewed by your attorney and signed by your clients.
