hello i sign for somebody to get a car the made the down payment,,but there late on there car payment and im constanly get call from wells fargo who gave them the loan. not to mention when they go t the car. with out telling me the put there name on the insurance, so when i went to go get my permit it look like since the car is in my name i been driving with out inusurance so they have suspended my lisecence. I explaned to d m v what happen and they said they would be more then happy to reinstate my lisence if i prove to them that the car is insured by who ever is driving it. so i told them listen i need that paper so i can take it to d m v. they havent given it to me it been seen last march i been asking and they keep giving me the run around. this late paymeny also affect my credit as well. and now im force to pay for cabs and planes when i go up state becuase i cant drive. Can i sue them all iwanted was the vechile out of my name they make payment but i constantly have to remind them.
