Legal Question in Business Law in New York
After Hours Bar Permit
I have a ''Charter'' I was told that I could use this New York State Certificate of Incorporation dated 1926 and titled ________ Social and Athletic Club, Inc.to open a club in NYC. Does this allow me to supersede liquor and caberet licenses as well as have members keep bottles and drink after 4AM? If this is so, what department in The Secretary of State do I contact to initiate my new business?
