Legal Question in Business Law in New York
An HVAC installation company installed a piece of equipment that was not on the proposal and did not inform me until the work was in progress. The installation was completed in the same day, The proposal does not have a clause allowing them to substitute equipment. Am I obligated to keep the equipment if I didn't stop them in the same day?
