Ice cream truck in New York
I am interested in owning/operating an Ice Cream truck in New York City. A friend of mine recently told me that Ice Cream trucks are not legal in NYC. Is this true? I don't know how to verify this. Thanks.

There are ice cream trucks all over NYC! You likely need a license from the City and you have to abide by the new noise statutes (no playing the jingle while at the curb). But there are plenty of these trucks.
