Legal Question in Business Law in New York
If you have an idea and your co patents the idea with your name on it with your bosses name on it and they start manufacturing it Question is the person due anything?

This depends on the facts and circumstances. Generally, a bald idea is not protectable anyway. Further, if you as an employee offer up an idea or create something within the scope of your employment it usually becomes your employers by operation of law.
