Legal Question in Business Law in New York
having incorporated do I still need a DBA?
I have incorporated in NY. Do I still need to file a DBA with my corporation's name in the counties I plan on doing business in?
Thanks.

Re: having incorporated do I still need a DBA?
You will most likely need to cancel your personal DBA after you file a Corporate DBA. This process is done through the State and not the County. I focus my practice on corporate and commercial law and would be more than happy to discuss the specifics. Please feel free to call me at 585-454-7145.
