Re: incorporating a sports club

It depends how many owners there are and what scenario works best for you. If it is single ownership, you may be better off doing an LLC so that you avoid double taxation. If there are numerous partners, an LLC may still work however a formal C corp may be an option to consider.

Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or require assistance on this matter.

It depends on your specific situation. You should sit down with your accountant and your attorney to discuss the possibilities and tax and legal consequences. It's not a yes no answer that can be answered in 1 paragraph.

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can e-mail me for more information about low cost face-to-face, on-line, or a telephone consultation with a lawyer in our office.
