Legal Question in Business Law in New York
internet fraud ( i think)
can i sue apt brokers for violating the terms of use on craigslist? they are consistently posting under the ''by owner only'' heading when it clearly states that they are not allowed to do so since they are not in fact owners and are charging a fee.

Re: internet fraud ( i think)
Unless you legitimately represent CraigsList (owner, officer, someone empowered to act on behalf of the business), you have no standing to sue in this matter. Only CraigsList can sue for breach of CraigsList's terms. You can complaint to Craigslist about these brokers if you want.
