Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I issued a contractual declaration by facsimile transmission. Under the laws of the State of New York, is there any term during which I may revoke the said declaration?

When you write "I issued a contractual declaration, " I assume that means that you made an offer. Under New York Law, an offer may be withdrawn before acceptance. Generally, the offer is withdrawn in the same manner that it is made - which would be by facsimile transmission.
