Legal Question in Business Law in New York
hi, I'm an italian citizen and I wish to start a new Business (LLC) in the state of NY.
How can I get the rights to do so?
Can I start a business without any SSN or VISA? Can I get them?
Many Thanks
Ricky

No special rights are needed to form a business in the U.S. In fact, one does not need to be a U.S. citizen or even have a visa to form a new or own an existing LLC or C-corp company.
However, please note that without the necessary visa you will not be able to work for the company.
I'll be happy to help you set up the new LLC company. Feel free to contact my office at your earliest convenience.
