Legal Question in Business Law in New York
judgment enforcment
Can a Corporation in New York enforcement judgments without an attorney to represent the Corporation in court? The Corporation will have the judgments assigned to them by the judgment creditor and then the officer of the corporation will be enforcing the judgments. Is this legal?
