Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I own a Landscape Company it is a DBA.... had an ex wife that put me in a hole with finances and trying to get back out is taking too long. My question is i have judgements against me and want to pay them back but i cannot have a bank account...if i change my company name a little and start a S-corp will they be able to come after me?
