the law if i dispute a bill
1)
I am disputing a bill from a cell company to our corporation. They want to discontinue the cell service is this legal?
2)
they called me up for payment I told them I am disputing the bill but I will pay the next bill
the toke from me a credit card but gave me a larger amount so they cold cover the disputed bill
and now are claming my recent bill is not paid so services is going to be interrupted

They can cut off service if you don't pay, although they should have allowed you to dispute your bill. They also should have followed your instructions regarding paying the current bill. That said, you will have to fight to get them to follow your instructions. Please contact me if you need anything further.
