Legal Basis for Release of Information
I hold a DBA for an organization which is not incorporated nor a 501(3)(c). Does a person who is not a member of this organization have any legal right to receive disclosure of any information pertaining to the operations or finances of my organization?

It's not possible to give you a definitive answer based on the information you provided.
While ordinarily someone who is not an owner or member would not have any such rights, there could be exceptions, depending upon the nature of your organization and the promises, if any, you made to members/participants.
