Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Legal Question

I want to rent a building that I will manufacture apparel in China. I will supply the machinery. I willhire sewers and sell my product worldwide. Thise will be a USA based company. Do I need a Chinese partner or am I allowed to own this fasility as an American citizen without a local partner?

What legal issues should I be conserned about I did not ask?

I do not understand your question. Are you renting a building located in NY or in China?

If the building is being rented in NY and you are a NY resident, there should be no legal issue.
