is it legal to revie a products pros and cons without the products owner consent
I operate an internet site. Can review products/services within the relevant industry without the owners of those products/services consent?

I assume your question is can you review products and services without consent. The answer is a qualified yes, as long as the review contains opinion and facts. In other words, you cannot trash a product and contain errors about its capabilities. The bottom line, is you have to check your facts accurately and make sure what you report is accurate. Opinion you can be less careful about, but only on matters that can't be objectiviely accounted.

Of course, you can. Consumers Union does it all the time. You run the risk of being sued for libel if your criticism is not fact based.
