Legal Question in Business Law in New York

can I legally remove material from my customer's, customer as my "customer" is seriously delinquent in payment. what rights do I have as I have purchased and paid in full for materials, labor and such yet we have not been paid yet. I do believe my customer was paid by their customer, we just haven't recieved anything

I am a little confused by your question. Are you asking if you can remove materials given to a third party that you have no contract with? If that is your question then the answer is no. You would have to sue the party that you are in contract with.
