Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I have an LLC established in Rochester,NY and am living in Mississippi where I have opened a second business location. I operate a maid service but am wanting to open a lawn care service in combination with the maid service. What forms would I need to submit to make this happen? I don't know where to turn and the county isn't much help. Thank you and I look forward to hearing your opinions.

You do not say if you still have the business in NY, or have abandoned it and solely operate in Mississippi? If you are operating in both States, simply register the NY LLC in Mississippi, which you are required to do anyway, to have legal standing there, and expand the business purposes to include the new business.
We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.
