Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I have an LLC treated as a partnership. Last year i filled taxes although there was no activity or income. I was thinking not to file taxes for FY10 because there was no activity as of December 2010. I just want to know if the State will dissolve my LLC by itself if i dont file taxes. Would i be in any kind of trouble from IRS if i dont file taxes for my LLC?
Thank You for your help.

The state will not automaticallybdissolve the corporation and you will have to file papers to dissolve the company through the department of state.
