LLC in New York vs Florida
Are there any pros/cons to making an
LLC in New York vs Florida? I have
homes in both states so is there one
better than the other benefits-wise?

Re: LLC in New York vs Florida
New York has a publication requirement for newly formed LLCs (where Florida does not) that could increase the formation cost.
