Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Lost or destroyed contracts
What are the requirements for creating and enforcing a duplicate loan agreement for a lost loan agreement? All parties confirm the terms and existing of the agreement, but none have a copy or an original. I would like to know what satisifies both auditors and a court.

Re: Lost or destroyed contracts
A simple reexecution of the agreement with
a recital of the reason for the need will
suffice as long as it is signed by all the
original parties, and a copy of the origina; is
attached
