mechanics lean
I am a hvac contractor and would like to put a mechanics lean on a business. How much and how too do it ? Loss $8500.00

It depends if the business actually owns the property, a mechanics lein can only be filed against a piece of real property and you probably have a few other options you may pursue�..however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
