Medical Business Law
My wife works in a multi-specialty medical office, her associate set up several P.C., one in his name, one in her name, and one for billing purposes. What are the liagal liabilities and ramifications that she is facing.

Generally there is ver limited liability under such business organizations, however if a person engages in illegal behavior they, and the owners, may be held liable...
Generally, if there is no illegal behavior she should be fine... Problem is, if the relationship has started this way I'd watch out...
