Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Hi, my name is Michelle and my sister is getting married oct 4th she signed a contract with the bridal store wich asked for cash only at final payment. Is this legal? if it, is there a centain amount which is not legal to ask for cash only so they avoiding to declare taxes. Thank You very very much

Of course! What do you think the world did before the 1950's? Also, the bridal store's decision to declare or not declare the income has nothing to do with your sister.
