Mr. Spooked is convinced that his house is haunted by a ghost. Mr. Spooked filed suit in New York Federal Court alleging that the ghost is illegally trespassing on the property, and is seeking an order that the Ghost must immediately leave the property. Would the court have subject matter jurisdiction or personal jurisdiction and why?
