NCND Contract Question
I have a client that signed an NCND agreeing to not use any 3rd party on his deal and pay us our fees if he breaks the agreement. If he signed this AFTER the deal was already completed (a misunderstanding between us) is he still bound by it?

Re: NCND Contract Question
It is difficult to see how .. but the terms of the contract must be reviewed.

Re: NCND Contract Question
It depends upon the wording of the agreement(s) - but, it's possible that the agreement would still be valid. After a review of the paperwork, an attorney could give you a more definitive answer.
If you'd like to arrange review of the documents, please feel free to get in touch with me.
