Notice to Appoint Another Attorney
When plaintiff's attorney dies, defendant's counsel must serve plaintiff with a Notice, pursuant to CPLR 321(c), to appoint another attorney. What is the correct or proper wording of this Notice?

There is no set wording ... just let everyone know. The defendants may then act to have a new attorney appointed after notice. see CPLR 321
