Legal Question in Business Law in New York
NYC Contract Agreement Question
Hello,
I'm trying to find out if a contract between an artist and a record company in NYC must be notarized to be held valid in court?
Also, would lack of having a witness signature on the contract prove it to be invalid?
Thanks

a contract does not have to be notarized nor does a contract in new york require that the signatures be witnessed.
