Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I am a NYC residents, I want to start selling goods on streets (ex: school supplies, office supplies, creative items), what permits/licenses do I need? I saw on nyc.gov they said that I need a General Vendor's permit, or a Certificate of Authority, but I am still a little confused about it. Please help. Thanks a billions!
