Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Om may 7th while i was at work my 15 year old son that has down syndrome apparently got hold of my computer at home and made several large buy it now purchases on my ebay account. When
i got home from work and saw these purchase I was so upset I called ebay and customer service told me I am responsable for these purchases I cannot afford them nor the cancelation fees if I want to cancel them. What will happen if I do pay on these purchases? please help Im so upset

You repudiate the contracts. You tell ebay and the seller that you did not place these orders...someone without authority did so. You have no liability for cancellation fees, either, since you did not place the orders. Whoever told you otherwise should be sued for lying to you.
