Online Affiliate Program Promotions

I am a small entrepreneur operating an online financial service website, specializing in the Forex spot market. As part of my resource page, where I include a list of links to other financial sites, including economic calenders, etc., I also include several links to a few affiliate programs that I participate in and earn commission for the sale resulting from the referred traffic.

My question is: Am I required to let visitors know that I am an affiliate and am earning a commission per the sale, by designating the word ''Affiliate'' at the end of the link, as I've seen some sites do? Or can I just simply include those affilated links just as any other links.

FYI: At the end of the page, I have a disclaimer stating that all information provided is for informational purposes, unless otherwise noted, and claim no responsibility over the third-party websites.

I'm not sure if there is a securities regulation which specifically covers you, but I would highly recommend that you disclose any affiliations that you have. Incidentally, the disclaimer may not be effective depending on the nature of the relationship you have with these websites.
