Online Business
I would like to know what tax forms or any forms I would need to fill out for an online business? I'm looking to make an online bookstore.

Re: Online Business
In New York, much information (including a link to forms needed) about how to form a business entity can be found at http://www.dos.state.ny.us/corp/filing.html .
State tax information, including franchise tax and sales tax information, can be found at http://www.tax.state.ny.us/
Federal tax information, including Form SS-4 which you will need to file to obtain an employer ID number which every business should have, can be found at http://www.irs.gov .
This is not an area that you should tread alone. Selecting the business entity and setting up the business are steps that will affect your business, online or off, forevermore. You NEED to HIRE a lawyer to help you set up your business in a way that is most advantageous tax-wise and business-wise for your particular situation; this is far beyond the ability of this Q&A board to handle for you.
