i want to open a jewellery business what should i do i.e how can incorporate a company and what are the charges for opening an incorporation ,and what do i need for registering my company thanks

You can do it yourself, use an incorporation service such as myusacorporation.com or you can use an attorney. An attorney would be slightly more expensive but you would have a real person to talk to and ask questions...

An attorney would also help you figure out the best entity type and tax implications.

State fees run between $200+ to $1200+ depending on expediency, the type of entity, publishing requirements and the county the entity is in.

I agree with Roman, although you can usually do this yourself, on line through the State offices. Best reason to use an attorney is that he is most familiar with all of the nuances and be sure things are done properly.
