Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I want to open a website an become a reseller (kids toys). Do I need to open a company (LLC)? Do I need to take a reseller certificate (I am from NY)? Can I just resell the stuff with out opening a company or reseller certificate and declare the income for income tax?
Thank you.

Any time you do business you should do it under a corporate entity to limit your personal liability. You may also need to register with NYS for sales tax purposes.
You should consult with an attorney and an accountant. Feel free to contact my office at your earliest convenience.
