Order to Show Cause � Within the order it is ordered to serve the papers upon the other party . Also, answering papers if any are ordered to be served and finally if any rely papers are to be served.
The other party provided a document titled as Opposition to the Order to Show Cause.
Is this document considered as the answering papers to the Order?
In addition, this opposing document came several days before the hearing and well past the deadline of require submission date noted on the Order.
Is this improper and will this documents be admissible to the court or will the court reject for non-compliance?
