Paraphernalia products online?
Our organization is looking into starting an Online ''Headshop'' that would sell Paraphernalia, Novelty & Adult material, would selling paraphernalia online be illegal? There are many local locations that sell paraphernalia such as Bowls & bongs. But I just read an article stating that Tommy Chong was raided by DEA because of it? Now I'm really curious, and weary about running this online shop. Please help!

Recreational drug use is illegal in every state. It's pretty clear to law enforcement agencies what the "paraphernalia" materials you propose selling are used for, even if they can be used for other things too.
