Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I am part of a youth-led organization. We currently have a fiscal sponsor 501(c)3 organization that fields donations for us, but we are also incorporating in the state of New York as a not-for-profit corporation (without pursuing 501(c)3 status - we will continue with the fiscal sponsor relationship). Do we need to register with the charities bureau?
Thanks!
